Introduction
This notice explains how we process personal data in connection with this website. We adhere to the principles of Swiss data protection law – including lawfulness, proportionality, purpose limitation, and transparency – and we also take into account the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Personal data processed

- Communications data: Information you provide when contacting us (such as your name, company, role, telephone number, email address, and the content of your inquiry).
- Application data: Information you provide as part of a job application via email (for example, cover letter, résumé/CV, references, and contact details).
We do not operate a newsletter and we do not offer any online ordering process on this site.
Purposes of processing

Recipients

Application documents from candidates who are not hired are generally deleted after the recruitment process is completed. Statutory retention requirements remain reserved and will be observed where applicable.
Your rights
With regard to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to obtain a copy or to have your data transferred to another provider. If you have given consent to processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact details provided above. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland.
Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures. These include, for example, encryption (TLS/SSL) for data transmission, access controls, and regular reviews of our IT security. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for instance, communication via email) may have security vulnerabilities; complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

From that point onward, the processing of personal data is governed by the respective third-party platform.
